Let me know what your favorite chest workout is and I’ll give it a shot! For the first time I decided to film my workouts in the gym (thanks to @chris_bco) The workout we did started with a warm up which in my opinion is the most important part to prevent injury. My warm up was jump roping mixed in with a quick stretch. The first exercise was a dumbbell flat bench press. This is very good for having full control of how you want to do the movement. Doing it with a barbell is just very limiting. The second exercise was an incline dumbbell bench press. This is just going to hit your upper chest instead, just don’t incline too much or you’ll lean more towards a shoulder press. The third exercise was a decline chest press which is good for hitting your lower chest. Not much more to say about that one. The fourth exercise was push ups and the fifth exercise was tigerbend push ups primarily for your triceps. I was told in a previous video that there is such a thing as a tigerbend push up where you bring your chest to the floor. I haven’t gotten around to trying it but you could also try that.
