I’ve had a handful of questions about how the pictures of @amilanik I posted on my story the other day were lit. Most had two off-camera lights, one as key/fill and one as hair/backlight. I used @profotousa B10’s with a Sony version of Profoto’s Air TTL trigger. One light had a @profotoglobal 2’ OCF Octa Softbox and the other had a 2’ X 3’ OCF Softbox. All were taken with a @sonyalpha a7Riii with either a GM 85mm or GM 24mm lens. One of the B10’s even took a dive backwards and the housing broke when it hit the ground but the light kept on going. It was my fault for not having the stands weighted when the wind picked up outside; it was a hard hit and impressive that I was able to continue using the light. Swipe through. #sonyalpha #risexconquer
Great visit to the North American International Auto Show today. Technology and performance will always improve, but some designs are timeless and can’t be beat. This 1959 @cadillac Eldorado is a perfect example.
A nine car tall - four per level - car vending machine. Quite a sight.

St. Peter’s Basilica, the middle dome in this picture, is as tall as the U.S. Capitol Building if you added another 55% of the height again and taller than the tallest building in 19 U.S. states. It can seat 60,000 people and hold up to 80,000.
Took advantage of the rain
The traditional dress for women in religious communities consists of a tunic, which is tied around the waist with a cloth or leather belt. Over the tunic some nuns wear a scapular which is a garment of long wide piece of woolen cloth worn over the shoulders with an opening for the head. Some wear a white wimple and a veil, the most significant and ancient aspect of the habit.
“Holiness to the Lord: The House of the Lord” The setting, details, and design of the Rome Temple are magnificent.
What the Romans built is mind boggling. What they did to people in the Colosseum is even more so.
